Key Responsibilities & Ownership

Full Lifecycle Ownership

You will own the entire process, from the first "cold" coffee with a C-Suite executive to the final placement follow-up. This includes taking deep, consultative client briefings, writing compelling briefs, and managing the end-to-end candidate journey. Strategic Business Development Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities by getting on the phone and in the room with Senior Leaders. You will map market drivers to identify client pain points before they even become vacancies. High-Level Networking & Brand Act as a true industry peer by attending events and contributing to thought leadership. You will position yourself as a trusted advisor to ambitious executive leaders to raise your personal and the Practicus brand. Precision Resourcing From client briefing, to closing the deal - you will own the whole process. Using Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS+) and Job Boards to identify top talent to interview, shortlist and present back to the client. Before managing the interview process through to a successful outcome. Process & Data Excellence Run recruitment processes that are Human-led and AI-assisted, ensuring quality coding within our systems to maintain data integrity and drive effective resourcing. Team Support & Values Act as a positive, upbeat, and authentic presence within the office, ready to go the extra mile for your clients while cheering on your team.

The Role & Your Journey: From 360 Expert to 180 Powerhouse

Phase 1: The 360 Consultant – Leading from the Front
In the initial stage of your journey, you will own the entire lifecycle. This phase is about demonstrating your mastery of both the "hunt" and the "deliver".
  • Complete Ownership: You will manage the process from the very first "cold" coffee with a C-Suite executive right through to the final placement follow-up.
  • The Strategic Sell: You will lead from the front, combining a high-level strategic sell to senior leaders with a high-touch candidate experience.
  • Building the Foundation: By identifying client pain points and managing end-to-end delivery, you establish yourself as a trusted advisor and a "Champion of Quality".
Phase 2: The 180 Client Engagement Partner – Focused Growth
Once you are established and have proven your ability to open doors and close them with precision, your role evolves into a 180 Client Engagement Partner.
  • The "180" Shift: Your focus shifts purely toward Business Development and Client Engagement. You will spend your time solely on bringing in high-value Permanent and Interim opportunities.
  • Elite Support: You won't be doing it alone; in this phase, you are fully supported by our best-in-class Delivery function, allowing you to focus entirely on the strategic client relationship.
