You will own the entire process, from the first "cold" coffee with a C-Suite executive to the final placement follow-up. This includes taking deep, consultative client briefings, writing compelling briefs, and managing the end-to-end candidate journey. Strategic Business Development Proactively identify and pursue new opportunities by getting on the phone and in the room with Senior Leaders. You will map market drivers to identify client pain points before they even become vacancies. High-Level Networking & Brand Act as a true industry peer by attending events and contributing to thought leadership. You will position yourself as a trusted advisor to ambitious executive leaders to raise your personal and the Practicus brand. Precision Resourcing From client briefing, to closing the deal - you will own the whole process. Using Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS+) and Job Boards to identify top talent to interview, shortlist and present back to the client. Before managing the interview process through to a successful outcome. Process & Data Excellence Run recruitment processes that are Human-led and AI-assisted, ensuring quality coding within our systems to maintain data integrity and drive effective resourcing.
